The Plot Device for this madness is as follows: The crew stumbles onto a world with Anime conventions, and are fascinated. Xemnas makes the entire Org. dress up in costumes made from Cloud's memories to attend. Larxene is ticked at being put in the back row for a group picture 'cause she's short, and finds a milk crate to stand on. Marluxa just has problems, man. Luxord is scared. Saix is noooot happy, and Xemnas thinks Rufus' outfit feels "Strangely familiar."

I always thought Luxord would be Rude. Goatee, Earring, Rude sounds like the most frequent guess for Luxord's real name, Rould, Rude hangs out with Reno all the time, and while Luxord and Axel don't interact often, Axel's theme plays when you fight Luxord to the death. But Axel, Larxene, and Xaldin are spot on.
